A leading Health System is looking to bring on a Hospital Operations Counsel focused specifically on their California practices.
In this position, you will provide counsel regarding all hospital operations matters, advising on medical staff issues and matters pertaining to the Joint Commission, CMS, and Fraud and Abuse regulations.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 8+ years of experience within the Healthcare Legal space.
- Extensive experience with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, Affordable Care Act, Medicare, Medicaid, FDA compliance, Stark Law, AKS, ICH Good Clinical Practice.
- Extensive experience dealing with hospital-specifical operational matters.
- Barred in good standing in the state of California.
