It is believed that Tito was born in the small beach village of Todos Santos, on Mexico’s Baja peninsula - or maybe it was just outside of Haleiwa, on the North Shore of Oahu.
Then again, it might have been the town of Balboa, on the Pacific coast of Panama. Truth is, no one’s quite sure where he’s from! Whenever he’s asked, Tito simply leansback, scratches his chin & replies (in his own language that we call Tito-Speak ), I come from da beach, brah.
No matter where I am, I’m always at da beach! Spoken like a true hedonist. It’s that love for the hedonistic beach lifestyle & good times that’s at the heart & soul of Tito’s Burritos & Wings.
At Tito’s Burritos & Wings, our slogan is, It’s all good, & that motto applies to the whole philosophy we built our business on.

A Cook is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards,
processing orders quickly, accurately and efficiently and safeguarding company assets.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cooks food according to Tito’s Burritos & Wings prep, menu and recipe standards
- Clean food preparation equipment and work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Respond appropriately to guest concerns and communicate guest requests to management
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, floors, counter and restrooms at all times
- Check orders for accuracy and portion control
- Answer phones according to standards when necessary
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager
Skills and Competencies :
- Ability to process information through KD system
- Ability to communicate with team members and guests
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes of food and supplies which entails lifting and performing all functions as set forth above
- Ability to work varied hours / days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
