Receptionist

Temp to Hire
Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Powell, Ohio (onsite)
What you’ll be doing :
- Welcome all clients and visitors and assist with getting them situated in the closing rooms
- Answer phones and direct them to the appropriate person
- Set up and maintain each conference room before and after each closing
- Create personalized closing screens via PowerPoint
- Obtain identification from clients and make copies
- Stock supplies
- Help with outgoing mail and shipping and scanning of documents
- Various other general office duties
- Occasional deliveries to local offices
- Know the closing schedule and guests due to arrive
- Search the web for pictures of agents so you can identify them when they walk in
- To greet each person who walks into the office warmly and professionally with a positive attitude
- Making all clients feel welcome and cared for while they are here
- Make a lasting impression on all clients
Who we’re looking for :
- Professional and energetic; positive customer service skills
- Confident communication skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively to all clients that come into the office and on the phone
- Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player
- Organizational skills
- General Microsoft Office skills
- Quick learner of additional software programs
