HRIS Analyst
Roles &Responsibilities
Audits and corrects employeeinformation and records as appropriate between HR and otherinternal departments (Payroll IS) and vendors such as the benefitsadministration platform and other systems.
Creates HR dashboards toshare with leadership.
Troubleshoots errors with incomingand outgoing data files between HRIS System and external systems
MinimumQualifications
Requirements : Bachelors degree with at least three to five years experience inInformation Technology or Human Resources analytics or equivalentcombination of education and experience required.
Strong presentation organizationand communication skills.
Must demonstrate customer focusedapproach. Experience in HR measurement metrics analytics andknowledge of performance improvement methods and application ofperformance improvement tools.
Must be proficient in Excel.Tableau experience preferred.
Must have critical thinking skillsand be fluent in the Englishlanguage.
