We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a skilled nursing facility (SNF).

You will monitor patient care for quality assurance and address any issues that arise. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care will be a key responsibility.
Additionally, you will manage scheduling to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained and assist in the recruitment, training, and retention of nursing staff.
Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations is essential.
To qualify for this position, you must :
- Be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), or LPN in good standing with the state of Maryland (required)
- You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in skilled nursing
- Background as a charge nurse or floor nurse.
- Demonstrated leadership skills (required)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team (required)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing home regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to residents (required)
