Job Summary
The successful candidate will effectively organize Campus Event information to be disseminated to the culinary and catering departments to ensure successful events across campus.
Maintain excellent relationships with the client and their guests, as well as other departments within the operations.
The successful candidate should possess savvy business and organizational skills, be a highly motivated professional, with proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with various team members.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
Communication to clients and vendors via phone, email, teams, zoom or in person.
Builds Banquet Event orders for Campus Event groups
Ensure documents are accurate to send to clients
Meets with clients and DOC to detail all events
Update information and send out confirmed sheets
Attends and represents RA at weekly Ops scheduling meeting
Comes prepared with questions and suggestions
Ensures an allergen sheet documentation is clear and communicated to the culinary team
Responsible for proper communication with catering managers, kitchen, stewarding
Notifying purchaser for special or exceptional products
Communicates location of where supplies will be delivered (table numbers, rentals, flowers, etc.)
Conducts daily sheets meeting
Organizes BEO’s and ensure proper distribution with Campus Catering
Spoonfed Champion for Campus Events. Familiar with Spoonfed functions, makes Campus Catering menu changes including seasonal menus and pricing.
Organize feedback for Campus Catering events and delivers to DOC :

Client emails
Focus Group Feedback
Ensures billing is complete, accurate and turned in on time. Double checks approvers and 33 billing codes
Manages Weekly forecast
Manage the following :
Chooses and orders all rentals, kosher, linen and flowers
Create and monitor Specialty Order Log for all rental, kosher, linen, flowers, vendor log
Notifies gate security whenever necessary
Includes pick up time and location if applicable
Supervises interns as necessary
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
Events and stewarding shifts will be assigned as needed.
