About the Job : The Supply Chain Analyst will have significant analytical responsibility including the management of multiple financial processes.
The Supply Chain Analyst is also responsible for distribution center data integrity checks to ensure data transmissions are received and stored in the data warehouse on a timely basis.
The Analyst will also be assisting the Senior Supply Chain analyst, Promotions Planning Manager, Supply Chain Managers and Sr.
Director, Supply Chain for Canada to ensure uninterrupted supply of product, while minimizing the cost of obsolete inventories.
This role involves dynamic problem-solving and cross-functional engagement to optimize overall supply chain efficiency.
What to Have :
- A four-year degree is required.
- At least two to three years of direct and relevant work experience or a combination of both is required.
- Must have advanced skills in Finance, Excel, ability to query (SQL) preferred.
- Experience in managing, manipulating, and analyzing large sets of data with understanding of relational databases.
- Financial analysis experience required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and as a member of a team.
- Ability to identify problems and develop solutions, detail oriented, very organized with the ability to manage many projects simultaneously, experienced in fast paced, dynamic business environment.
- Computer literate in the MS Office environment (Excel, Word, Power Point). Supply chain management, purchasing, and / or distribution experience a plus.
- Fluency in French a plus.
- This position will be located in Miami, Florida and may require occasional travel throughout the year to liaise with the team in Toronto, Ontario.
