Annual base starting salary : $29 - $30 per hour depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. By taking ownership of client communication and technical support, the Advertising Operations Analyst allows CSM’s to focus on strategic account management and business development activities. Inbound email and chat tasks will be delegated to Technical Account Managers’ to troubleshoot, assist, and resolve with a high level of customer service. This is a fully remote, part-time role (20 hours per week) reporting to the Director of Digital Advertising. You’ll have a flexible schedule, as long as your hours fall within standard business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m. EST). Collaborate with CSMs & Advertising Analysts / Strategists by handling routine tasks and administrative work to provide advertising support to Fullpath customers such as co-op, custom campaigns and other performance-based operational support. Take ownership of performance enhancement tasks triggered by internal monitoring systems such as Google Advertiser verifications and spend monitoring ensuring timely investigation and resolution of potential issues. Be the point of communication between our clients and partners, while liaising with internal departments such as Implementation, Sales, OEM, and Support, to ensure effective coordination of advertising-related tasks. Perform a variety of additional technical tasks on our customers’ accounts such as Google Pmax VLA set up and ad template updates. Share client feedback and insights with the relevant teams to drive product improvements and enhance the overall client experience. Support in-program advertising partners and internal OEM team with co-op and other compliance audits as needed.
