Temporary Recruiter
Responsibilities :
- will recruit and identify candidates for assigned positions
- will liaison between managers and candidates to confirm position descriptions, screen and coordinate interviews
- will be responsible for sourcing candidates using various job posting / search mediums, databases, networks, social media, etc, and presenting to managers for consideration
- will act as a point of contact with candidates during the screening and selection process
- will coordinate with managers offers to be extended, generate a verbal offer and negotiate to an acceptance, and then prepare a written offer
- will coordinate all onboarding : I9, background screening, technology and building access and permissions, day-1 Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail, including accurate documentation
- Understands and has worked with ATS systems
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple requirements at any one time
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer is a must
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and an understanding of HR policies and procedures are a must; preferably from a corporate financial environment, however, will consider Staffing industry experience if supporting financial services
- Experience supporting a financial services retail branch business is a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, together with solid written skills are required
