This high speed role requires a great deal of complex problem-solving across time zones, and tireless entrepreneurial spirit.
You will be shaping the landscape of the product strategy for building a secure platform and we expect you to find solutions and create opportunities with a minimum of hand-holding.
We are largely unencumbered by red tape, but building process is a critical step towards scale - be prepared to build a structure that empowers ongoing, sustainable rapid growth.
The US product team will focus on understanding our users, identifying opportunity areas, prioritizing the problems we must to solve, and rapidly creating innovative user experience solutions.
We are looking for an experienced product managers to continually push the innovation bar on how we optimize products to drive new and existing user engagement and retention.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for optimizing TikTok creators' experiences, including creator onboard, end-to-end creative process experience, and helping creators grow and monetize;
- Gain insights into creator needs and drive the design and iteration of relevant products such as publishing and the content management platform.
- Lead solution implementation, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure efficient goal achievement;
- Collaborate closely with algorithm, operations, design, and development teams to ensure high-quality project implementation;
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Excellent product thinking and problem-solving skills, with strong logical thinking and data analysis abilities;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Passion for content creation, interest in the creator ecosystem and experience, and bonus points for experience in managing self-media accounts or the content industry;
