Job Title : Seasonal Customer Service Administrator
Location : Renton, WA
Job Type : Seasonal (October 2024 January 2025)
LHH is looking for dedicated Seasonal Customer Service Administrators to join our client’s team in Renton, WA, during the busy holiday season! This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service to showcase their skills during a busy time by providing administrative and customer support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Assist in tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
- Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality
Requirements :
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle high-volume inquiries and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Pay Details : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
