Key Responsibilities : Develop clinical policy by researching medical literature and incorporating input from network physiciansManage committees for policy approval and participate in interdepartmental initiativesProvide communication regarding new policies or changes to stakeholders and arrange provider communicationsRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent healthcare clinical degree7+ years of related experience, with managed care experience preferredExperience facilitating groups of physicians or interdisciplinary teamsKnowledge of scientific study design principlesExperience with formal presentations and / or training
