Salary Range : Up to $65,00-$75,000 / year

As a Property Manager you will :
Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, budgeting, reporting, collections, marketing, and lease renewals to ensure the property meets or exceeds company standards.
- Provide exceptional service and communication to residents and prospects, enhancing satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
- Attract new residents and expertly manage applicant screening and leasing processes.
- Create and manage financial aspects of the property including the operating budgets, to ensure the property is delivering on the company’s financial and operational objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate property management staff, fostering a collaborative environment. Supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure systems are in place to maximize safety, health, and property preservation.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of on-site property management experience, with experience in a supervisory role building and leading a team
- Financial experience developing and writing budgets with the ability to analyze income statements and write variance reports
- Knowledge of and ability to maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws.
- Experienced in property operations and turnaround situations
- Knowledge of OneSite or similar property management software such as Real Page is a plus, but not required
- Affordable housing experience Section 8, Tax Credit, EIV
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Excel, Word and Teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide superior customer service to residents, vendors and coworkers alike
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
