We at M and amp;W ENGINEERS ANDCONSTRUCTORS are on the lookout for a skilled Data Entry Clerk tojoin our team. In this role you will be responsible for inputtingand updating data into our companys database.
You will cooperatewith employees as well as our customers to gatherinformation.
Responsibilities
Accuratelyinput data into databases and update existing records. andnbsp;
Prepare spreadsheets with figures in largenumbers without making errors.
Ensure dataintegrity by exercising routine data qualitychecks.
Organize and maintain files paper anddigital to support data accuracy.
Work with yourteam members to verify and correct datadiscrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality andsecurity of data at all times.
Help in datamigration projects. andnbsp;
Requirements :
Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Proven experiencein data entry or related roles is a plus.
Fasttyping skills are required. Familiarity with the touch typingsystem is highly preferred.
Strong command ofwriting and speaking in English.
Accurate andefficient data entry skills.
Proficiency in usingdata entry software (MS Word Excel etc.) andtools.
Fundamental knowledge ofdatabases.
