A company is looking for a Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacy Coding who will lead a team of clinical pharmacists and analysts in providing clinical, technical, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight and support to Clinical Coding Pharmacists for high-quality clinical coding
Spearhead cross-functional operational improvement initiatives to streamline clinical intent processes
Recruit, train, and manage new team members for client implementations and ensure task completion meets performance guarantees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D
Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license (any U.S. state)
5+ years of experience as a Clinical Consultant or Clinical Pharmacist in Formulary / UM operations
1+ years of clinical client-facing and / or formulary consulting experience
Experience with claims / coding research and analysis
