Director of Provider Strategy
A company is looking for a Director of Provider Strategy & Operations, Psychiatric Services.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the General Manager of Supply for the national Psychiatric Services business, overseeing provider-related metricsScale processes and systems to expand national operations and adapt to regulatory changesLead cross-functional efforts to enhance the provider experience for psychiatric providers nationwideRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in strategy & operations roles, with at least 5 years in process or product improvement in a high-growth organizationExperience in owning quantified objectives and achieving goals through key metricsDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to optimize and scale new processes and systemsProficient in analysis, particularly in Excel / Gsheets;
SQL preferredHealthcare experience, including direct interaction with providers, is preferred
