A top-performing, multi-billion dollar AUM, global multi-strategy hedge fund, are looking to make a newly created trade support hire for its New York office.
Sat with the investment team for the firm’s rapidly expanding US fixed income / credit strategy, the hire will cover a broad remit across reconciliations, settlements, corporate actions, trade booking, P&L + NAV work.
Given the proximity, the hire should expect to regularly work on projects for the trading team (the role is available as a trade support analyst has impressed front office and is moving internally into an execution trader role).
Candidates should ideally have 2-4yrs experience in a hedge fund operations, IB trade support or a fund administration role.
A background in fixed income / credit derivatives is required.
The role is paying a $115-130k base salary. Strong performers in the operations team typically earn a 50%, albeit the variable pending individual performance is 25-50%.
