We are looking for the right team to fill the position of Preceptors / Field Supervisors. Our clients are retired executives, and busy professionals who need an extra set of dependable, experienced, kind, and compassionate hands to care for their aging loved ones in the comfort of their home.

The role of the professional homecare preceptor is unique and essential to the health outcomes of the client by creating predictable client experience for each new client as well as already existing clients.

The role is also to add value within the company by having a positive effect on client retention and job satisfaction.

We are looking for 2-3 part-time superstars to split a week schedule : 30 guaranteed hours per week per preceptor with every other weekend schedule

REQUIRED Duties :

On-boarding of new clients

On-boarding of new staff to the clients

Fill in shifts in events of calls offs, no shows and emergencies.

Administrative / HR duties.

After hours administrative work- on call one week every 3-4 weeks to take calls after office hours and weekends
