Cedar Park Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage financial planning, reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making for a commercial construction project in Syracuse, NY.
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities :
- Lead financial planning and forecasting activities to support the company's strategic goals.
- Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

- Oversee strategic planning and assist in making informed financing decisions.
- Manage return on investment (ROI) assessments to evaluate project profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role.
- Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience in strategic planning and financing decisions.
- Proven track record of managing financial operations in commercial settings.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
