Operations Manager Hedge Fund
Location : Miami Beach, FL
Our client, a highly respected hedge fund is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join their team as an operations manager.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of minimal experience in hedge fund operations. The candidate must be able to hit the ground running and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The role will report to the head of operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the hedge fund.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Monitor and manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Generate detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hedge fund or family office operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Proven track record in hedge fund operations
Compensation :
The salary for this position ranges from $k-$k, commensurate with experience and qualifications with a 20% projected bonus.
There will be two senior individuals overseeing this role, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
