The Senior Maintenance Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression.

You'll have...
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years’ experience troubleshooting technical issues in a manufacturing environment
Even better, you may have...
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years automotive experience
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Prior experience assigning work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable for following safety, quality, and throughput processes.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Demonstrated multi-tasking, problem-solving, and conflict leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Familiarity with constraint management principles
- Safety and Quality experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word / Excel / Outlook)
- Fundamental understanding of PLC logic and controls
- Familiarity with FIS and Maximo
- Knowledge of both production and maintenance processes
