As the Manager of Business Continuity Management (BCM) within the CLEAR GRC team, you will report directly to the VP of GRC.
Your primary responsibility will be to execute & maintain the business continuity planning lifecycle & strategy for CLEAR.
What you will do :
- Implement & deploy tailored strategies across all critical business functions enterprise-wide
- Collaborate with various functions & partners to develop, maintain, & enhance Business Continuity Plans & procedures
- Prioritize & elevate resource needs to enhance recovery time & ensure business application & infrastructure resiliency
- Facilitate annual exercises, including walkthroughs, tabletops, simulations, & full-scale tests, in coordination with IT disaster recovery
- Ensure alignment with policies, standards, & procedures in all deliverables
- Support incident management activities during disruptive events as required
- Drive commitment, ownership, accountability, & results for Business Continuity Planning with business stakeholders
- Foster a resilience culture through planning, education, training, & analytics
- Proactively identify, prioritize, & document critical business functions throughout the business continuity planning lifecycle
- Design & implement recovery strategies to minimize disruptions to CLEAR operations
- Validate, test, & identify recovery strategy gaps, communicating results to leadership
- Coordinate alignment between business continuity & incident management teams for successful operation recovery within acceptable downtime
- Monitor & track annual compliance, regulatory, & reporting requirements
- Generate regular & annual compliance reports, metrics, & trend analyses
- Coordinate business participation in annual testing & planning activities with the Disaster Recovery team
- Provide support for incident management team activations when required
- Plan workloads effectively & deliver on commitments
- Build rapport & gain respect & cooperation from technology & business leaders
Who you are :
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in enterprise-level programs
- 5+ years of experience in crisis management, business continuity, & disaster recovery
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Strong creative thinking, proactive, & independent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & influencing abilities across all management levels
- Proficiency in facilitating meetings, preparing reports, & managing data
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, & analytical thinker

Technical Skills :
- Hands-on experience with the full business continuity management lifecycle
- Risk assessment (RA) expertise
- Designing recovery strategies meeting RTO / RPO & SLAs
- Knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery best practices, policies, & procedures
- Extensive understanding of project management, software implementation, & application development
- Familiarity with computer operating systems, networking, data communications technology, IT strategy, & planning
- Knowledge of IT disaster recovery & business recovery planning
- Understanding of IT standards & best practices such as NIST, HIPAA, PCI, & Federal DHS guidance

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance.
The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
