Job Summary
The Infusion Outpatient Pharmacist will work within the HHCI free standing oncology infusion center; overseeing the daily operations of the Compounded Sterile Products (CSP) area;
assists in meeting regulatory compliance; and monitors training and competency assessment and quality assurance / control.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Doctorate in Pharmacy ( Pharm.D.) strongly preferred
Experience
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
- Knowledge of Pharmacy quality, safety and environmental control requirements.
- Effective communication skills verbal, written and listening
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills with attention to details
- Good counseling skills with
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and colleagues
