What We’re Looking For :
- 5+ years of Fast food / Fast casual GM experience ( must hav e drive-thru experience )
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations with full P&L responsibility
- Familiarity with Restaurant Operating Systems , Back of House systems , and Point of Sale systems (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and influence teams at all levels
- Ability to implement and execute processes aligned with strategic objectives
- Expertise in budgeting and financial management
- Holds teams accountable through operational audits and timely corrective actions
- Passionate about Food Safety standards and ensures compliance on every visit
- Ensures General Managers maintain the highest standards for facilities, equipment, and tools
