We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor / Manager to join our team in NEW ALBANY, Indiana.
In this role, you'll be overseeing a team that handles customer applications, maintains customer records, and resolves customer inquiries.
This position plays a key role in monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action within the industry.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee a team handling Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks
- Implement new policies and procedures for AR management
- Collaborate with division Controllers on AR issues
- Conduct AR Aging analysis and reporting
- Take charge of month-end close responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer credit records
- Process customer credit applications efficiently
- Handle Electronic Billing and Financial Reporting
- Manage AR issues and inquiries, providing solutions as needed
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
- Must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
- Proven experience in preparing and analyzing Aging Reports.
- Experience in conducting Month End Close procedures.
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
- Experience with Electronic Billing systems.
- Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor staff members.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
