Job Summary
- Plan, design, and maintain CI / CD pipelines and documentation.
- Assess current deployment processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement CI / CD solutions.
- Document key processes in Confluence and Jira.
- Develop long-term CI / CD plans and architectures considering industry trends and organizational needs.
- Take full responsibility for platform and application pipelines, ensuring the smooth flow of code updates through the engineering group.
- Create and monitor highly available cloud infrastructure and platforms for hosting code.
- Responsibilities also include cloud architecture, infrastructure, build tooling, and DevOps systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and / or GitHub Workflows.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Bicep, ARM, Terraform.
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer in a commercial SaaS product business.
- Proven ability to plan and manage multiple deliverables in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in monitoring automation to ensure proper application-level monitoring for quick detection and repair of failures.
- Ability to provide guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to junior personnel, including conducting training.
