Salaried grade 6
$66,100- $74,700 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Plus 8 % shift premium for 3rd shift
Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.

Job Summary
McKee Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team to provide direct supervision in the manufacturing environment, including but not limited to :
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Maintaining product and process quality
- Maintaining food safety and sanitation

Required Qualifications

- Two-year college degree in related area of study or outstanding proven ability

- Math proficiency in areas such as fractions, percentages, and basic algebra

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related area of study
- Working knowledge of Workday, Kronos and MAXIMO, Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word
- Five or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Lean Manufacturing experience
