Plume Design Inc. is looking for a hands-on leader who can help develop and drive a best-in-class Information Technology department.
This role will own the development of the people and processes within the IT department and help build a function that can scale effectively with the business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Oversee all IT team member activity in support, maintenance, and enhancement of IT infrastructure for a high-growth, global enterprise.
- Ensure network infrastructure strategic design, decisions, and implementations are executed in accordance with Plume’s mission, vision, and overall strategic plan.
- Supervise the selection, development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of Plume’s infrastructure.
- Manage vendor / partner relationships ensuring that service levels and vendor / partner obligations are met.
- Help establish IT Service Delivery Service Level Agreements and ensure adherence to these standards by monitoring metrics and reporting that information to the Executive Leader.
- Continuously monitor and maintain Infrastructure processes and policies to ensure these tasks remain up-to-date and relevant for the infrastructure items deployed and to ensure they remain aligned to industry best-practices.
- Collaborate with department executive on the evaluation, allocation, and management of IT assets, including budget and strategic planning.
- Other duties may be assigned as required by Management.
- Works closely with all departments to map and support their operational needs as it relates to Platforms and System within scope.
- Assist / Manage IT Projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional IT experience with a Technology company
- At least 5 years managing or leading global teams.
- Experience developing a strategic IT roadmap which supports cross-functional growth and overall technology transformation.
- Proven leadership over enterprise-wide IT Infrastructure, architecture, networks, cybersecurity, and operations.
- Experience implementing and overseeing risk management and information security.
- Experience with managing an IT budget and ensuring ROI on invested capital and time resources.
- Project Management with deploying large scale and complex projects.
- Experienced with Windows, Mac and Linux OS, networking, and cloud environments.
- Experienced with migrations from Google to Microsoft and vice versa.
Total Compensation package : anticipated compensation range of $210,000 - $247,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Benefits include : a 401k plan and a company match, basic life insurance plus unparalleled health, dental, vision and other benefits and perks.
An employee’s base salary and its position within the range may depend on a number of factors including job related knowledge, education, skills, experience and other business related considerations.

HYBRID : This position requires someone to come into our Palo Alto, CA office 4 days a week.
