ABOUT THE POSITION :

The Card Coordinator coordinates the ATM / Debit and Credit card plastics operations. Researches and resolves member card issues. Investigates and processes member card disputes. Ensures members are promptly and professionally served. Actively cross sells Credit Union services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Assumes responsibility for the efficient and effective operations of the card department.

• Works closely with internal and external members to resolve questions and / or issues with cards.
• Monitors plastic card inventory
• Monitors and responds to various reports, including but not limited to

o Lost / Stolen Cards

o Settlements

o Disputes

o Address Change Report - Cards

o Credit Card Negative Balance

o Non-Activated Cards

o Card Re-issue Report

o ATM File Update Manager Exceptions

o Card Order Exceptions

Processes cards returned to TruPartner as "undeliverable"

Investigates and processes card disputes.

Responds to Compromised Card Alerts

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

Establishes and maintains effective and professional business relationships with members.

Establishes and maintains effective communication and coordination with co-workers and with management.
