One our best clients (leading multi-family general contractor), is experiencing tremendous growth & looking to add exceptional talent to their team! They are looking for an experienced Superintendent that has experience with Multi-Family Projects.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a top builder in the area!
Multi-Family Superintendent Responsibilities :
- Ability to successfully run Multi-Family Projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, good positive attitude
- Meet deadlines & work well under pressure
Multi-Family Superintendent Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in multi-family construction
- Proven track record of managing project timelines effectively.
- Consistent work history within the industry.
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven.
