Overview :
The Supply Chain Manager is a crucial member of the Plant Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing Master Planning, capacity planning, materials management / flow, tactical procurement, production scheduling, inventory control, and logistics.
This role is essential for driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics including inventory turns, standard cost variances, absorption, and budget management.

POSITION EXPECTATIONS :
- Support the execution of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning.
- Manage inventory and establish production schedules, devising methods and SOPs for efficient movement of materials and finished goods while minimizing inventory investment.
- Maintain Item Master Data accuracy in Oracle ERP to support Kanban systems.
- Oversee the purchasing execution process.
- Integrate production schedules with business planning and forecasting.
- Ensure alignment with the Enterprise Supply Chain for Supplier and Supply Chain escalations, Commodity Strategy, Contracts, cost savings, savings tracking, and harmonized supply chain strategies.
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and foster a lean culture.
- Act as the liaison between operations and customer service to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
Skills / Competencies / Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a technical discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain.
- 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
- APICS certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of pull systems, problem-solving, and 5S.
- Understanding of medical device manufacturing and lean materials management.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead team activities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in computer and presentation skills.
