- Proficiency with MS Office applications and SAP.

As an Engineering Supervisor in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Advanced Reactor Support Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit.
Your work will include :
- Builds an effective and collaborative team spirit.
- Develops team through training, mentoring, feedback, and work assignments.
- Ensures effective performance of engineering assignments.
- Plans and directs the timely execution of engineering activities, as assigned.
- Ensures projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives, and customer standards.
- Ensures adherence to government, organization, and customer engineering standards and procedures. Maintains a healthy technical conscience within team.
- Monitors goals, objectives, and standards of performance for assigned team members.
- Works interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
- Researches and assesses best practices, proposing methods, and improvements. Supports Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Works on special projects, as directed.
- Works with the Cost Centers Managers and staff to develop scope and provide inputs to proposals.
- Collaborates with all levels of leadership within the Engineering organization to function as one team.
- Performs other related duties and tasks, as required

Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations.
This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug / alcohol screening is required.
Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $121,000- $164,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.
Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
