Desired Skills, Qualities and Experiences :
- Well versed leader in healthcare revenue cycle, with 3-5 years of experience leading a team.
- Good communicator.
- Can provide guidance and direction.
- Can speak confidently, address the issues, and be open in communicating updates.
- Someone proven in the industry based on results they achieved using common KPIs in revenue cycle and can demonstrate those results such as cash collected over a certain period of time, reduced denials by a certain %, and reduced AR by a certain number or %.
- Can quickly look at data and determine if it’s accurate or not. Determine what remedies can be applied to correct the issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and isn't afraid to ask questions.
