JOB SUMMARY
Provider Compensation Specialist is responsible for reconciling provider compensation to contract or compensation plan, performing quarterly reviews of provider compensation, preparing bonus calculations and payments, submitting survey data, keeping reports updated with the most current information, as well as preparing any ad hoc reports.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

WORKING CONDITIONS

- May be required to change from one task to another of different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
- Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur.
- May be scheduled as needed including overtime
Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
4-year / Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or other business-related field (Required)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Two (2) years of work experience in accounting, finance, economics, or another analytical field (Preferred)
