The purpose of this role is to mitigate supply chain risk that could potentially impact Ford Motor Company's manufacturing operations.
You will be responsible for working with and resolving a caseload of operationally and financially distressed production suppliers.
Develops and delivers risk mitigation strategies aimed at protecting Ford's Vehicle and Powertrain production plants. Executes interim and permanent corrective actions with supplier(s) to ensure robust supply signal to Ford Motor Company, and alignment with Ford's Supply Chain Organization's business objectives.
Position communicates to all levels of the organization, within the function as well as other functions and suppliers.

The goal of Ford's Critical Supply Team is no lost unit against its production plan
- Ability to assess complex supply chain issues, lead cross functional teams, and develop creative solutions to minimize vehicle production losses.
- Helps facilitate decision to deploy onsite resources when suppliers' risk profile deems necessary.
- Resolve complex capacity constraints to resolution with goal of eliminating potential plant disruptions and associated premium transportation.
- Assess supplier schedules and impact on Ford's Vehicle Assembly and Powertrain production.
- Assess metrics supporting supplier critical issues or sufficiency plan resolution.
- Summarize complex issues with resolutions and effectively communicate to leadership.
- Ability to problem solve and implement new and innovative strategies.

Job Duties Plans, organizes, and directs overall clinical operations to provide comprehensive care for residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local guidelines Develops and implements nursing service objectives, policies, and procedures to maintain quality care and compliance Ensure adequate staffing levels across all shifts Oversee and evaluate nursing personnel Ensure compliance in all areas, including in documentation and resident care plans Qualifications At least two years of experience as a DON in a long-term care setting Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state assigned or in an eligible Nurse Compact State Demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, staff development, resident and family support systems, and community outreach Possess empathy and passion for serving others Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members Strong computer literacy and competency skills Up-to-date clinical compliance Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR via American Heart Association (AHA) Two-step TB test Physical exam within the last 12 months Benefits Weekly
