Salary : $40,000 - $45,000 / yr.
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
Procurement Specialist primary tasks :
- Serve as the main contact for various accounts and suppliers.
- Use software systems to set up purchase orders and manage data, including item, supplier, and transaction details.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, manage purchase orders, and handle reporting and troubleshooting for suppliers and clients.
- Communicate key account information to internal stakeholders such as Finance, IT, Account Management, and Inventory Control.
- Oversee procurement workflow to align with client, supplier, and internal needs.
- Prepare and distribute weekly / monthly reports and maintain spreadsheets for internal and external use.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
