cTrace Solutions is searching for an experienced IT professional with a passion for security and identity management. We re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support user security across multiple enterprise products.

In this role you ll ensure secure user access maintain field and page security and contribute to the future automation of our IAM solution.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and support mediumsized security projects.
• Oversee daily operational security tasks and resolve security tickets / issues.
• Collaborate on the design implementation and improvement of IAM policies.

Required Skills :

• 710 years in Business Analysis and Process Engineering.
• 35 years with Student Information Systems.
• 57 years in Quality / Software Assurance.
• 35 years in Security / Identity Access Management tools.
• Strong experience in managing user accounts and system access.
• Familiar with ETL processes.

Technical Skills :

• Proficient with Operating Systems (Windows Linux) and securityrelated Directory Services (Active Directory LDAP).
• Skilled in Enterprise IAM tools and complex data analysis.
• Handson experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) K12 systems Microsoft SharePoint and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications :

• 8 years in IT operations leadership for enterprise systems.
• Background in systems administration technical support and change management.
• Strong teamwork collaboration and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle and technical debt reduction.
• Bachelors Degree required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Seattle WA.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Student Information Systems (PowerSchool preferred).
• PMO Certification Agile ITIL and IT securityrelated certifications.
• Background in IT Enterprise and Information Systems Architecture.
