Role description

The Program Solutions Manager (PSM) will work closely with Enterprise partners to deliver institutional retirement program requirements to plan sponsors within a centralized model.

The PSM will be responsible for a regional book of business focused on building and establishing strong relationships to aid in the delivery of plan requirements.

Utilizing these relationships, they will help to grow existing business relationships with an emphasis on delivering an exceptional experience and client retention (when no CRM is assigned), while adhering to the established risk parameters and framework.

Responsibilities :

  • Delivers and executes on all requirements for the Fiduciary and Non-Fiduciary services that are aligned to certain plans within the model, throughout all stages of the relationship
  • Manages ongoing tasks and deadlines, with ability to handle competing priorities effectively
  • Adheres to established risk parameters and framework
  • Creates and maintains a high level of client satisfaction with an emphasis on client retention
  • Partners across the Enterprise to ensure a high level of service and awareness
  • Coordinates and delivers ongoing financial education, where applicable

Required Skills :

  • Knowledge of the retirement plan business and / or the investment advisory business
  • 5+ years client facing experience
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Partner with key stakeholders with a focus on ensuring service excellence is provided to clients
  • Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and work with a cross-functional team
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Must hold active Series 7 (SIE and Top Off) and Series 63 / 65 or Series 66
  • Institutional Advisor Designation (or ability to obtain within Compliance deadline)
