Project Management :
- Utilize various product management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, and Hybrid, to define and document project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain estimated timelines based on project scope.
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally.
Team Management :
- Oversee the management of cross-matrix teams to ensure effective execution of projects.
- Evaluate project performance and make necessary adjustments to meet goals.
Day-to-Day Operations :
- Oversee daily project activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Assess risks proactively and engage stakeholders early to resolve any roadblocks.
Project Closure :
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate project closure, ensuring all deliverables are met and documented.
- Review and assess the current inventory of standard procedure documents and drive necessary updates.
Required Skills :
Pharmaceutical Experience :
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes in IT and data governance.
- Proven experience as a project management lead in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, Veeva Compass, and Symphony is a plus.
Strategic Initiatives :
- Ability to work autonomously while seeking advice when necessary.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing without authority.
- Capable of managing multiple workstreams in high-pressure settings.
Communication :
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey messages to higher levels of management and various teams.
- Ability to negotiate, navigate conflicts, and reach win-win solutions.
Risk Management :

Education :
