Position Summary : As a Lead HVAC Installer at Ronk Brothers Heating, Cooling, and Electrical, you will play a crucial role in installing heating and cooling systems to our exacting company standards.

Your focus will be on ensuring our customers receive the highest-quality experience during every installation. You will also take a leadership role by assisting and guiding other installers, all while upholding the highest standards of work quality and timely performance.

Pay Scale : DOE $30-$40. We recognize and reward excellence. Competitive wages are offered to acknowledge your commitment to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications : To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications :

• EPA Certification (Required)
• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong understanding of gas furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump installations (both unitary and ductless)
• Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in safely operating hand and power tools
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Capacity to work independently as well as within a team.
• Comfort working from a 28’ extension ladder and 12’ step ladder.
• Clean background check and a good driving record
