This is an IN-PERSON position. You must love checklists and systems, you must have a strong desire to serve 3 of our Hiring Consultants (HCs), and you must wish to grow.
If you do not wish to be ON VIDEO all day long with potential applicants getting to know them, this position is not for you.
A majority of the position is spent on the phone with potential applicants scheduling interviews and on video doing the actual interviews.
This position is an entry-level position for Ciprani Consulting. You will learn the basics of recruiting, assist our high-level recruiters (HCs), and follow a path designed to grow you into an HC (most likely a 2-year growth path).
The Assistant to our Hiring Consultants (HCA-Hiring Consultant Assistant) must be an exceptional candidate who is willing to go "above and beyond'' for their HCs by managing all administrative and support tasks required to help them locate and hire talent.
This person enjoys communicating with potential applicants and assisting them in finding their next career. They perform best in a fast-paced work setting.
A highly organized and detail-oriented person is needed for this role to support our team in providing clients with a smooth and excellent customer experience.
It helps to be able to work independently and seek out information when necessary, as well as to be creative when addressing problems and provide excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities
- Introduction conversation with our clients to understand their needs
- Analyze resumes and select qualified candidates for the client
- Phone screen candidates to see if they're a good fit for our client
- Assist and perform 2nd level interviews (Video) for your clients and HCs
- Video interview at least 6-8 candidates daily
- Gather and organize relevant job applicant documents (e.g., resumes, personality tests, etc.) to be sent over to clients for their weekly updates
- Assist HCs with communication with prospects (e.g., phone, text, and email)
- Help to keep 2 HCs organized making sure that videos and notes are in our ATS
- Conduct reference checks on applicants
- Manage and update recruiting tech, systems, and paperwork for recruiters
Qualifications
- College experience is preferred but not required
- Able to quickly learn and use new software, systems, and technologies as needed
- Ability to evaluate, process, and take action in a timely manner with discretion
- Maintain a high level of organization with a keen eye for detail
- Team-oriented but equally capable of working independently
- Able and willing to learn from mistakes and grow
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Skilled in setting goals, planning, and being accountable for results

- Previous recruiting / hiring experience is preferable
- Experienced in residential real estate is beneficial
