We are seeking a Scheduler (CM Technical Specialist) to join our Southern, CA team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Reviews contractor's schedules for contract compliance
• Identifies risks
• Updates staff on contractor's performance
• Evaluates time impacts

Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in : Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Relevant Professional Licensure / Certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience with and knowledge of Primavera Software, and other related software tools

such as Schedule Analyzer, Microsoft Project, Claims Digger, etc.

• Scheduling experience in direct support of an active construction project; aviation experience a plus.
• 0- 5 years' experience for Junior Level
• 5-10 years' experience for Mid-Level
• 15+ years' experience for Senior Level

Compensation :

$72,800-$166,400 hourly

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
