We are seeking a Project Controls (CM Technical Specialist) to join our Southern, CA team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Responsible for project reporting and controls activities, which includes scheduling, change management, and cost engineering.
  • Direct cost estimating, analysis, and control activities.
  • Direct schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and impact.
  • Direct recovery plan development activities.
  • Manage team of project controls specialists.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or other related technical field; Masters degree, preferred
  • Professional Licensure or Certifications, preferred; AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, AICP, PMISP etc. (or any other relevant)
  • Experience on airport projects, preferred.
  • 5 years' experience for Junior Level
  • 10 years' experience for Mid-Level
  • 15+ years' experience for Senior Level

Compensation :

$83,200-$166,400 hourly

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
