PCC (Patient Care Coordinator)
Onsite Provo, UT

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Provo, UT office. Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and connecting our patients to life-saving treatments.
Trigger Warning : Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.
Additional $1.00 differential pay for fluent Spanish / English speakers (must pass in-house assessment).

Responsibilities
Connecting with patients via phone
Help solve problems and educate patients about TMS and Ketamine
Coordinate with clinics for patient care
Other relevant duties as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED.
Strong customer service mindset.
Previous experience in customer service required
Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
