Operations Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our waste and recycling operations. As the Operations Manager , you will oversee collections, container delivery, and pickups for commercial, industrial, and residential customers.
This role involves managing a team of dispatchers, drivers, and support staff, ensuring smooth and efficient route management.

- As the Operations Manager , build strong relationships with community, environmental, and government groups.
- Develop and maintain a productive workplace culture focused on safety, growth, and best practices.
- Oversee personnel management, including hiring, coaching, and evaluating employees in the role of Operations Manager .
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards as the Operations Manager .
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency under the guidance of the Operations Manager .
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
- 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or solid waste operations, preferably in a position similar to Operations Manager .
- Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with OSHA, DEP, and DEC regulations.
