HYBRID POSITION : Will be required to work onsite 1 day per week, but the other 4 days will be remote
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner while attempting to assist with a resolution of the caller’s tax issue
- Leverage a communication script when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and / or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Activity documenting discussions of call and leverage internal tools for next level resolution needs
- Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets
