We are action oriented. We strategize, implement and execute on behalf of the practices we serve. Reporting to a Senior Communications or Senior Marketing Manager(s), this position has excellent project management skills to support the successful execution of marketing and communications efforts for multiple medical affiliates and corporate initiatives, across the ObGyn business unit.
This position operates as a generalist, coordinating marketing tactics across varied media, including web site project management and maintenance, internal communications project management, social media content generation and coordination, collateral development, paid media support, video development and event coordination.
The successful candidate is an independent thinker, well-organized and deadline-driven, a strong oral and written communicator and is able to work independently on assigned tasks.
Responsibilities Integral player in developing and keeping web sites up-to-date and search engine optimized- light web editing, SEO tagging, SEO writing, etc.
Works with external developers to manage more complex edits. Writes and coordinates social media, collateral, newsletter and intranet article content, including coordination freelance efforts on general design, web writing and social media projects.
Helps to establish and adheres to project timelines and budgets Direct contact with and high-level customer service to medical affiliate staff for ad hoc projects and ongoing content development coordination.
Direct contact with care centers on basic marketing questions / counsel. Is proactive in learning about Unified as a company, women’s health care trends in the US and the demographics in designated markets.
Participates in Marketing team planning, brainstorming sessions and team-building meetings. Qualifications 5+ years of Marketing and Communications experience, preferably in healthcare space Strong writing capability for internal comms and social media Basic social media graphic creation Strong project management and detail-orientation Strong focus on results - Understands basic tracking analytics and able to create simple reports Facile with communication platform usage e.
g., Constant Contact, SharePoint, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Canva and others. Proactive and highly responsive communication with Unified team members Work at a fast pace and is accountable to deadlines Seeks to continuously improve personal skill sets Collaborates well on a team but able to successfully work independently
