SIE is looking for an Office Engineer to support our work with the NYSDOT in the Bronx.
Responsibilities :
Process Change Orders, Payment Requisitions, RFIs and Submittals
Prepare field assessment reports and meeting minutes
Coordinate and communicate with internal staff and external agencies
Effective Document Control
Handle project closeouts
Qualification & Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or construction related field) or NICET III is required
5+ years of experience as an Office Engineer on infrastructure projects
Recent experience (within the last 3 years) with NYSDOT projects
Familiarity with SiteManager and Business Intelligence software
Experience navigating change orders and uploading material certifications
Expected salary range is $120,000 - $145,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.
