RN Quality Coordinator
Small community hospital adding to the Quality department and team! Quality Coordinator
Critical Access Hospital with 300+employees
32 Bed Skilled Nursing Facility part of the hospital building
6-Clinics / 5 of which are on the hospital campus.
Out-patient Dialysis Center on the hospital campus
Executive team staff has been very stable for 3 years
Licensed CA Registered Nurse required with a Bachelor's
2+ years of patient services experience in clinics or Hospital setting
Proficiency preferred using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership qualities with ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
Experience with identified Quality Improvement model / program .
Experience in electronic health record documentation, review and data analysis
