Make the next step in your IT career in tight-knit, positive, teamwork-driven MSP . As an OnSite Technical Support Specialist , you'll be the bridge between technology and people for businesses in Brevard County and Central Florida .

Your ability to understand client needs, analyze symptoms, and identify underlying issues will make a difference for everyday people doing their jobs in a wide variety of end user environments.

From addressing hardware concerns to troubleshooting network and server configurations, you'll get your hands on a variety of technical challenges.

What you’ll do :

  • Client-facing support - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve tickets both at the OnSite office and at client locations
  • Support Microsoft Server, Exchange, and O365 environments
  • Use backup and recovery software and methodologies and basic firewall functions
  • Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot and update software using PowerShell and RMM
  • Troubleshoot basic networking hardware and protocols

Skills You’ll Need :

  • 4+ years supporting frontline users and backend small business systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Server products, Exchange, Office 365, firewalls, networking, and similar technologies
  • Experience with automation tools like PowerShell and RMM
  • MSP Experience Preferred
  • Microsoft and Cisco certifications and / or Mac OS experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate technical problems with non-technical end-users
  • Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to complete Kaseya University in the first 90 days
